GE Refrigerator Not Cooling

Hello,

I just received a refrigerator and the lights inside turn on when I plug it in. The only thing that does not turn on is the LED panel on top to change the temperature. It's blank. I've read online that if its in demo mode that I would see some kind of Indicator on the LED Panel.

Anyway, The model is.. pss27nhmdcc. If you have any advice or information that would be helpful I'd appreciate it.

On the back of this box is a control board behind a metal panel. Open panel and test the fuse on the lower left side of control board. This boards are static electric sensitive, so take care when touching or handling. The board are readily available at the parts houses that help sponser this site. Around $175. Another alternative, if you have any electronic savvy is to remove the fuse and replace it with a fuseholder & fuse 250v 15a.
