Hi,
I have a 6yr old refrigerator..I started seeing the DH error from yesterday. Freezer is working fine ..I checked inside the freezer area there is no ice build up.
The fan behind the refrigerator seems to be running. However the top(not freezer) part is not getting cold.

If anyone out there had a similar problem can you post your experience.. Before calling the repair guy I want to see if this something that can be fixed by DIY...any help will be appreciated....thank you

DH is "failure of defrost mode". You have to remove the back panel inside the freezer to check for ice buildup and test your defrost heater and thermal fuse. The service manual is available.
