Control Panel Removal Kenmore Laundry Center

Hi,

I need to replace the rollers and idler pulley on a Kenmore laundry center dryer, model #11088752796, but can't see how I remove the front panel of the dryer.
 
Do I need to remove the control panel and front dryer panel? If so, how.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated!

Yes,remove the top first ,that will allow you to get the front off.

I don't think that will work with this one. The control panel is located at the base of the dryer, not the top. I can see 2 screws at the base of the dryers front panel, behind the control panel. It appears to me that the control panel needs to be removed, then the 2 screws, and then I think the panel can be swung out and off.

The problem is what is locking the panel on?. It appears to have 2 spring loaded screws beneath it but I'm not sure if they should be released all the way.
