Kenmore Front load Washer Mod# 110.46462501

I'm having troubles with my washer.  I had a load of clothes in the washing machine and during the rinse everything stopped.  This happens sometimes.  It stops and all the lights flash. So what we do is push the stop button and set the settings to rinse and spin push the start button and it finishes. 
This time what is happening is as soon as we push the power button, set the setting we want and push the green button, all the lights flash on and off and nothing happens. 

The flashing lights have to mean something but I'm having trouble finding out what it means. 

I've checked for clogs (there were two little socks in the space below the washer).  Normally this does the trick as well.  This time I only get flashing lights.  Can someone please help??

I have attached a copy of what whirlpool (your washer is manufactured by whirlpool) shows is the tech sheet for that model.

Have you tried unplugging the washer for a few minutes to see if that clears it?

thanks.  I have tried unplugging it for a long time and it doesn't change anything. 
I do have that attachment you sent me... I guess I'm having a hard time figuring out which one to do.

It does sound like a possible SUD problem and I have had the F 21 problem before... this time though nothing will start without all the lights flashing...

Do you have the service panel back on there after clearing the pump. Some of them washers have switches in them that kill the power when the panel is removed.

I haven't put the panel back on.  I'm afraid this washer isn't one like  you're talking about. 

I've also performed a diagnostic test (hold a button down for 4 and release for 4 seconds several times) and it leads me right to where I am now... all the lights flashing and can't do anything else.
