service manual for DBVH512GF0WW

can someone please direct me to or please post the service manual for a frontload GE dryer model  DBVH512GF0WW
I have erased the E61 code and now only get  E01 code... how do I reset the washer? what does a new control board cost? How can I tell if I need one without a service call? How do you set up a new one if self installed?
