Replacement front panel board for GD5YHAXNL03

My wife smelled smoke coming out of the ice and water dispenser this morning, when I took the panel off I noticed the circuit board had a burn mark on it, I called the local appliance parts store for a price and he said I had to buy the entire front panel, is this true? I could not find a part # on part select. It is the circuit board screwed on to the outside of the freezer door behind the ice and water dispenser panel.

I need the board that goes into the bracket #15 on the dispenser parts digram, the bracket cost is $121 but It does t say that t comes with the circuit board that sits inside.

#15 in the diagram is factory part # W10184874

I have attached a image and circled the part to make sure we are both talking about the same thing.
That part does include a circuit board as I can see it in the photo in the parts links I listed.
