Frigidare LEVM30FE Microwave E21 code

Old woman has this E21 code on her Over the Range Microwave/Vent Combo she will not part with.  She insist that I repaired it a couple of years back for the same problem but I have never seen it. I generally don't mess with them and in most cases it cheaper for them to replace it than have tech come out to repair.
 
Anyway what is the E21 code and does anyone have any Tech data on this thing.

About how old is it?

Sorry it took me so long to reply but just got back out there today, it's way out in the boonies.  The unit was made in Oct 2006.

OK, winging it, I removed the unit and took it to the shop. I opened it up and started testing components (after removing the dead roaches and grease, all tested good. I plugged her in she worked great, wish I would have tryed power on 1st at shop instead of diving in. Never could get it to malfunction trying different setting and various times a day for 3 days (Weekend). Reassembled unit and test again, good. Loaded unit in van and haul it back to customers home and reinstalled it. Turned it on zap E21. The only way to reset the unit is to unplug it, so I unplugged it and pluged it into the other recepticle on the duplex,it worked fine.
 
I examined the recepticle to find it was ungrounded and the unit plug was not making good contact on the neutral side of the plug. Haven't heard any complaints from the old gal for a week so, maybe I found the problem.

I'm hoping that is it.  It is hard to charge someone for all the time with jobs like this. I just chalked it up as a new challenge. It really became a challenge when she complained about me charging her $85 for driving 20 miles and replacing an infinite switch on a glass cooktop. Some people are just not greatful.  She didn't however complain that I charged her Nothing for the time and 2 trips for the microwave.

A couple year's ago I had a service call a way's away with a power vent water heater that was just not acting correctly.  After trouble shooting and replacing multiple part's multiple times just to get a different response we finally found out they had electrical work done in the house recently and reversed polarity in the socket for the water heater...heck of a learning lesson, but I do ask now if they had any electrical work done lately as well as any electrical damage in the neighborhood.
