Thermador PDR366 Dual Fuel

I am trying to test a Thermador PDR366 dual fuel stove that has been in storage.  I have hardwired it with 8/4 240v right now but not gas.  I am not getting lights (indicator lights, error codes, or even oven lights) or heat.  I do have power to the control board and through the high temp cutouts. 

Is there any main fuse? I dont see anything in the schematic.

Is there any door interlock?  Right now the latch hook on the inside does not appear to move at all and the door is held closed by spring pressure.

I appreciate the Mobilian Guru for posting on Fixya the pdf of the Service Manual for PDR36 (https://docs.google.com/fileview?id=0B5If-wTgYWH5MTNmZTkyZWMtODhiMy00YTI4LTgyZGUtMTA5ZmQ1OTEzZDdk&hl=en)  but it is curiously missing the 4 Troubleshooting Charts, pages 31-34.

I checked in my Thermador stuff for any additional info and that is all I have. Maybe Fearless Leader can shed some light on it for us.
