Amana Fridge not getting cold enough

Amana Fridge.  Model Number scd23vl.  This is a weird problem, the fridge side is at 38 degrees but the freezer side wont go below 20 degrees.  I checked to see if the seal on the door was okay and it seems fine.  Anyone have any ideas as to why it would be doing this?  Thanks
