Kenmore HE2 washer pumping but not spinning

I have a mod. 110.46472501 washer that fills then sets without spinning then drains. It goes Thur all cycles filling and draining then add a garment and all lights around selector knob flash at finish. Belt is on but motor never turns on to spin. Thanks for any advice were to start.

How much soap are yall using? What brand?

The lights flashing at the end are indicating an F code.  Remove the top and look for the tech sheet in a ziploc bag stuck to the right side wall.  I've attached a pdf of it to this post if it's not there.  Page 6 tells what the flashing led's mean.

Thanks for info. After test it seems the MCU is bad. The drum only turned in one test and not the others it was supposed to. Were is MCU and whats it look like.

Would not be the first one that needed a new MCU.
