GE Profile dryer no response

I have a GE Profile Harmony dryer that is not working.  It s got power to the machine put nothing is coming on.  I've checked all the thermal fuses and limit switches to no avail.  I'm afraid it might be in the control panel or the PWB/PCB.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Model Number is DPGT750EC1PL

Also, does anybody know where i can get a manual for this unit?
