creda condenser tumble drier works but doesnt dry .

please hellllllp... my drier wasnt drying so i replaced the elements at the back. that was not the problem though because it tumbles ok and the heat is there but it dosnt dry and there is a puddle of water under the drier .. the water tank is empty ...? HELP SOMEONE : :

Have you yanked out the condenser and gave it a good clean?
