Refrigerator side warm

hi , every boby..
my kenmore freezer is ok  but my refigrator is warm only , i was told that i need to change evaporator fan or damper control too, my question  is,  Have i to change the complete damper control unit or motor only?? IS    there  a complete kit for repair ???
