Occasional erratic temperature swings in refrigerator

Working on GE Monogram refrigerator.  Occasionally, the refrigerator temperature will go up to 46°F by itself but the freezer side will stay cold.  I checked the damper door operation and it's working fine.  The only thing I did is shut the breakers off to the unit to allow the control board to reset.

Any suggestions on what else I should be looking for??
