Problems with oven warming up

I have a Frigidaire Electrolux Professional Series.  When we start the oven you can see the burner go on underneath but does not warm up.  You will also smell a slight oder of gas.  We had this problem awhile ago and unplugged it.  When it cam back on it was fine.  We have tried that but still does not warm up.  The stove top works fine.  Any ideas, thanks Chris.

1) that's the part number of the "Anti-tip" lable
2) can see the actual flame, or just a "glow" ?

I have my wife at home right now reading me the numbers.  It could be a glow but it does heat up a little, maybe to 150 degrees or so.  The gas smell has me worried as well.
