How do you get into this machine? Any instructional vids out there? I think Jumpy was recently working on one and needed a manual? Thanks in advance

Remove the two screws in the back of the top.  Push the top back and up. Remove two screws from the top of the console.  Pull the console up, remove the two plugs from the control board.  Remove the screws from the four corners of the front. Open the door and remove two screws from below the lint screen. From there it's easy.  I'm going from memory so there might be a screw or two I missed.
I just had one where they ignored the thumping for so long a piece broke of their drum. Those drums are paper thin, check it for cracks.
