GE PSC23NSWA 90 degrees inside

I had replaced the cooling fan about a month ago and also the mainboard, and everything has been working fine until yesterday. I opened the fridge and the temp was above 90 degrees and the freezer was around 40. any suggestions or is there a service manual for this fridge? Thanks!

Check your compressor and make sure it is running, if not check your relay.
