F0 ERROR CODE ,CLOCK DISPLAY NUMBER MISSING

Hi, I have an Electrolux range model EI30gf55gwa once in a while I get a code F0 . My clock display is missing the hour digit ,the F0 code doesn't do it all the time but when it does it keeps beeping i have to hit the cancel button.
 I cant seem to find the manual on here

For that you will need to replace the clock/oven control. Your model uses control part # 7316516516

once in a while I get a code F0

Not sure on the F0, but I would guess it's related to the clock going out.

When I run your model number through the manufactures database all I come up with is this service data sheet, no service manual. It list the error codes, but I don't see any code for F0.

i came up with part number 316538409 which is the control assy.
The 7316516516 seems a little different then mine as the oven indicator is on the left on my control
The code hasn't come in a week so ill make sure its the right code,

it shows two different controls  
it shows 316538409 which is the control panel and the part number
316576603 which is oven control board
i enclosed pics of the display  the time is missing the hour digit and the code f90 came up
i believe i need the first part control panel ,would like to see what you guys think
