What fan evap or condenser. they are both pretty easy to replace.

I don't know. It starts when you close the door & continues for a few moments. It doesn't happen all the time.

Zoomspout oil is what you need. A drop of gold will quiet that puppy down.

Awesome link and price. Your fan motor has two end bells, each with sleeve bearings mounted inside. Outside those bearings is rotten cotton. The cotton holds the oil and lubes the sleeve bearing.
Get some oil into each end of the motor. Take it apart and oil it. You will see oil holes inside the ends. Click on pic to enlarge
