Looks like the same thang I encountered. Got me some good solder from Wigman's Ace hardware on the parkway and added a hair more.

So I went out and got a few tools I been meaning to get for a while yesterday.  Including one soldering gun, I pulled out that circuit board added a little solder and that puppy started right up and now is cooling and freezing like a champ.  Great fridge!  JW you are my hero
