I have an LG refrigerator model LBN20518ST the fan of Evaporation stops alone, in addition to the damper is open, but when you open the door and you close the fan runs 1 minute and no more stops

No able to get information on your refrigerator since you're in Canada. 

On a situation like that, I would suspect the control board is the problem since it supplies power to the fan motor.  I suggest pulling the fan motor connection out and test the voltage coming out of the connector when the door is closed.  If you get power and then drops off after one minute, you have a control board issue.  If you continue to have power, then you have a fan motor issue.

I would replace them both, LG has done some control board upgrades because of fan issues.
