not cooling on the fresh food side

this box is a vcc compressor with two evaporators,  Not cooling on the fresh food side...check the high side at 200psi low side at 3psi

Fresh food evaporator only has one pass with frost on it.

I am thinking restriction in the cap to the ff evaporator or in the valve..

what do you guy think?

Yup. Replace the filter drier and do a good vacuum.
