True Refrigerator at a bikini barista need service manual

TUC-27 Undercounter Commercial Refrigerator looking for a service manual?

only cooling to 65f

all fans running. compressor running, evaporator sweating but no frost...just wet

low side at 30psi High side at 200 psi..

Anyone know what the pressures should be?

If this is 134a you should have a low side of 14 or less and high of 160-180.
You have a restricted filter drier or inefficient compressor.
What is the amp draw?
