SubZero Refrigerator Pro48

[Earl Dryer]

Freeze side works fine. Refrigerator side nothing (top or bottom) compressor is running.
The tech data packet has been removed.  There is no data plate (accessible) PRO48 is all I can find for model.  Tapped lowside process tube, pressure right on. Both evaporators have no frost pattern.
Unplugged unit for 30 minutes to access evaporators and prevent accidental damage to me and fan units. Plugged unit back in (for light) about 3 minutes later gas began flowing through the upper evaporator but not the lower.
The control board reads: Section 1,  Evp -8 cab 0,  Section 2, Not in use, Section 3, Evp 67 Cab 69, Section 4, Evp 67 Cab 68 Then subzero prog 648.

Anybody have any info on this beast.  This unit is out in the boonies in W. Texas and they can't a Zero repair person out there.
