LG Stove

We have a five year old LG Stove. All the controls are touch pads. A week after we bought the house (with appliances)2 months ago two of the burners stopped working We read that we should remove the ribbons and clean them. We tried this to no avail. As of today, none of the burners or oven is working. As a matter of fact, non of the pads are working!!!!

I can't find a manual for your range because it's Canadian.  But it looks identical to the US model LRE30755. Here's the service manual for it.
