Washer not spinning

Customer said her washers not spinning them dry....water is draining.   Ran it empty. It when right into high speed spin.. filled and drained check drain pump .. all clear.. fill it again it drained and spin perfect...

what do you do if there is a sporadic failure,

I am thinking a door lock as I see a high failure rate.

What do you guys do?
