I've read alot of posts about water under the crisper draws on the Samsung bottom mount units Samsung is aware of this issue and in response they have put together a "seal kit" and a "heater clip". There is no bulletin about this, it just says "water under crisper draw" I've installed a couple of the "Kits", all it is a combination of insulation tape meant to stop air from getting into the fresh food section. The tape goes around the water tubing at the top of the unit, around the water lines going to the water bottle, especially the openings going into the cabinet and a few areas behind the evaporator panel. while you have this panel off the "heater clip" just fits over the heater and extends down the drain tube a little bit. Once you slide this clip over the heater make sure it fits snug for good heat transfer. That's all there is to it, the belief is the combination of all these little openings are causing the water condense on the cabinet walls and collection under the crisper draws. I hope this helps with any questions on this issue.
