Are there tests to isolate faults to control panel -or- console assembly?

This Frigidaire Electronic Series dishwasher was installed in the year 2000.    The Serial is TH93559741.  It stopped running today.    First, all option lights were blinking.    Cycling the breaker off and on changed the state such that only the High Temp Wash and No Heat Dry flashed.    When we press Cancel, all lights go off, and none of them will come back on.

We have looked at all of the posted Frigidaire Service Manuals, but do not see any test procedures to determine whether the trouble is with the control board or the console assembly.    Does anyone know of such a test?
