Water fountain just trickles water ICE is good

This Frigidaire refer water fountain just trickles customer replaced filter no change... remove fitting at the bottom of the door water just trickles out...

Ice cubes are good...this unit has two water valves.. an a heater at the water filter...

what to do ?

1) change the filter again
2) replace/check the water valve check by removing water line and energizing
3) replace/check the water filter heater (ohm the heater)
4) replace water tank /frozen or plugged

Anything else I would check/ replace

Check the flow output at the water valve on the rear. If it is good there,your restriction is internal(plugged or frozen line).
