Leaking Maytag

Hi I have a Maytag SAV365ZAWW and i noticed that water is leaking onto the transmission.  I assume I need a hub seal.  Is it safe to say that I may only need the seal that attaches to the outer tub and over transmission shaft? or do I need to replace the bearing under the outer tub as well.

Is this washer even worth a seal? I got it for free but if the seals are going out how long will the tranny last?
