Amana top load washer

I would like the service manual, but didn't see it in the downloads. The washer does not always finish the rinse cycle leaving it about half full of water. It goes thru the other cycles fine. I can reset the dial to rinse again and then it usually finishes the cycle and spins dry. Any suggestions?

Yes, it didn't drain the wash cycle. I turned back the dial and restarted it just before the rinse cycle and it drained, started the rinse cycle and finished without a problem.

Dude if ya gotta keep re-settin the controls that sound to me like it is in that timer.
