i checked this fridge for lint because it was cooling but not like it should and found condenser filled with dirt and lint and the compressor hot so it took a long time i also checked and the door and sides were hot and the condenser fan motor seems to be working OK, what to do what to do?

It probably just needs to get blowed out. Take it outside and get the junk out of the condenser.

i did that and still nothing but i opened the back panel on the freezer side and found the evap stat poped and cracked i replaced that but i also noticed that there was some frost only 1/4 of the way up and bone dry the rest of the way up what do you think

Yaeh that could be low charge alright. Might need to add just smidge till all the coils are covered.
