I would like to be added as a technician. I have been learning the trade for about a year and I feel that I could learn a lot from this forum and possibly contribute some new ideas. Thanks.

Hello, I have been working for a major utility doing work on gas appliances and I'm thinking about branching out and starting my own business.  Can I be added to the Pro forum?

Thanks
-Nick

Hi AJ,
I'm just getting my feet wet in the business, although I have a lot of personal T/S & repair experience of a variety of appliances, electronics, and computers/ systems. I normally can handle things, but i"m running into a road block on this one and need the support of the tech community, thus requesting access to the tech forum.
Thank you in advance,
del

Goodevening, just created an account and would appreciate an upgrade to service technician.
I am a self employed tech with my primary business being commercial laundromats.

I'm the chief appliance tech for a retirement facility of 750+ residences. If you figure 6 or 7 appliances per residence that makes me lord and master of literally thousands of the little beggars. We are 100% GE and I do use GE factory service for in warranty repairs but after the first year they're all mine...So aside from not having to travel (the furthest I go is about a mile) and having to occasionally unclog a toilet or change a lamp ballast I am a appliance tech through and through.  :thanks:
