I get paid for what I know, not what I do. :)

What I love is the restaurant owners complaining how much a repair costs  :tickedoff: :tickedoff: and then leave in their Mercedes.   :bonk: :bonk:

Ill be at a customers house and they will come up to me every 2 minutes wondering what I found out, Im like uhhhh still working on it.  I wish I could do it in 5 minutes, seems like that is the customers expectation.

My old company has started a new policy $85.00 per hour minimum 1 1/2 hours paid up on phone with credit card or no service. This is for customers without accounts.
