low temp on ge gas range

temp low on bake cycle.  check and replaced sensor.   was o.k. for a while.  broil temp rises o.k., but bake does not go over 225.   raised temp as per owners manual,   no difference in temp.   will not go beyond 225.  can see igniter glow and ignite,   but temp not going up.   any help will be appreciated.  thank you!

What is the amp draw on the gas valve?
