GE clothes washer issues

I have a GE washer that is about 2 years old. At the end of a cycle there is still powder on the clothes. I watched a cycle and it does not appear to be agitating very well. It slowly moves the clothes back and forth some but that is it. It spins fine and drains fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

That drive block below the agitator is probably stripped out. The agitator just snaps on to it.
