update- problem solved .so i called the guy i bought the washer from to try to get a little back ground on the washer.he told me hes on well water and about 1yr. a sears repair man came out and replaced the water valve(for slow/no cold water)the washer is for his rental prop.and a week after it was replaced the renters left,and it sat until i bought it.so i check out the water valve and what do i find in the cold water side?? a plastic plug with a 3/16 hole drilled in it WTF?pulled the plug out and is all good.going to pick up some screens tonight .so to all who helped out thanks a ton. ruthless
