In customers homes I use a condenser coil brush and a vacuum. Blowing it out works good if your don't mind the mess it makes. Run it over night and report back.

I lay the ice box over on the side Compressor feed lines up to minimize oil running out the compressor and clogging the lines. Then I use a whisk broom to remove most of the big stuff and shop vac to get what i can then a lawn leaf blower after that. I get as much oil as I can in that condenser motor using zoomspout oil.

I ended up tilting the fridge on its side and getting those compressor coils cleaned really well.  the strip between the fridge and freezer is not nearly as hot as it was and the compressor seems to have cooled down a little bit also.  Looks like the thing is cooling really well and everything is all good!
