whirlpool refrig clicking sound by compressor

Problem: Refrigerator runs but does not cool freezer or fridge. . Checked all fans and they are all running.Checked condenser coils and they are clean. Checked panel behind compressor and can hear clicking noise at the compressor where switch relays are located.
Removed and shook relay and it sounds bad, very noisey.
Thinking it could be a start relay or overload protector

my attachment shows a jpg of oem relay. it is part# 2212194. the replacement crosses to partspro AP3083556. however the replacement includes relay, and capacitor all in one.
If the OEM is no longer available and the substitute has a relay and capacitor all in one what happens to the OEM capacitor already on the machine? is it difficult to change this out. How do you wire this all-in-one?

You would no longer use the cap on the refrigerator.
Just disconnect the wires going to it.
2 wires go to the new relay HOT(L1) and NEUTRAL.

I'm showing you need part number 8201786, which is partspro's AP3885081.  You need to connect your existing capacitor for the compressor to run efficiently.

Update
Received the relay kit heres the delio

The kit comes with a PTC(positive Temperature Coefficient) solid state relay and TWO Overload protectors.

you choose the overload protector based on the TYPE NUMBER of EMBRACO compressor you have. This number is stamped on your compressor.

Disconnect all the wires and then plug in the new OL protector. Next plug in the PTC.
Plug in the White jumper wire(supplied) the red OL wire and the Blue wire from you capacitor.
No splicing of wires is necessary.

Up and running like a champ.
