PLES389ECH shuts down during self clean

takes out sensor(s) in protection circuit has had control replaced before, temp probe, open sensor(s) in protection circuit. what other part(s) can cause too high of a temp to make protection trip, kind of a pain to reset it after every self clean cycle.
