Freezer Alarm won't shut off.

Help, we had a power outage today for 6 hours, now my Freezer alarm is going off, and will not shut off.

The freezer is cold, I have unplugged it and removed the battery back up.

But the Power light, Quick Freeze and Temp/Alarm light are dead on the door, (they have been for sometime).

I am ready to use wire cutters and start snipping.

It is a Big Upright Commercial, about 3 years old.

With Quick Freeze on the door, Power, and Temp/alarm buttons.

Have you given it time for the temp inside to get back under the warning temp.

My Bad,

I changed the battery, as a thought of what was happening. I grabbed the battery out of the Smoke Detector, but I guess it was bad too.
