LG WM3677HW Washer/Dryer Combo. Spin Issue.

Got a UE error, then tried to re-level the washing machine. Seems to have gone away. Washes fine no problem When it tries to goto the spin cycle.  With ANY load size I have tried several times also re arranging everything.  It will rotate the drum back and forth all cycle but It does not spin fast at all. I tried in the test mode to adjust the drum speed and I cranked it up to full, During the test cycle it just spins back and forth slowly.  I have no idea what to do.  It does not dry the clothes.  Just makes them extremely HOT / Soaked clothes.  The pump seems to be working correctly. Is there some sensor that controls the spinnng cycle??

ok tried another load.  "UE" Error, I have a level on the thing its dead level.  Stops in the last 10 mins of the cycle kicks me out and says "UE" I have to press the start button, and it goes back to 10 - spin blinks and it just keeps rotating backwards and forwards.   I have tried this with alot of different size loads.  Still get the UE Error.

I guess my main questions are this.  What part senses if things are unbalanced? It seems to keep trying to  search for a balanced  load, but it will never find it thus error out. Could it be that part that senses for unbalance or is there another sensor that tries to (balance the load sensor?) I really need to figure this thing out.

JW, First I might add you are the man!  I had a service manual but it was kinda crappy.  I am going to try  and test the RPM cycle in the test mode. As seen here.

Well here is the deal. Ran a load of wash.  Got stuck at 10 mins again. "UE" Error.  Tried to run the QC Test Mode. Ran through the first cycle of spinning clockwise.  Tried to hit the play button again, Gives me "BE" Error now, The ball sensor must be bad causing this to trip the UE Error i am thinking. Where can I order the Ball sensor for this model. Also is it hard to install?

You can get the ball sensor at either of our parts dudes in the boxes to the left.

Nice i just ordered them. Now the ball sensor is the (Sensor Assembly) I hope. I also ordered the Hall sensor just in case.

Also  I might add you guys are SPOT ON with your help and Quickness.  I will refer this forum to anyone with appliance troubles. Thanks a ton~ Soon as I put the sensor in I will let you know how it works out.
