Kitchen Aid (Hobart Imperial) Dishwasher

My old Kitchen Aid (Hobart Imperial) KDI-19 Dishwasher won't pump out (drain) water. The float switch clicks when I push down on it. The filter is clean and the drain hose is not plugged.  It has power. When I turn it on I can hear the timer working and it will go through the complete cycle but nothing works. I assume it is because the tub is full...I sure would appreciate help...can't afford to replace it right now....

Does it spray water in the wash cycle?
Is the motor running or just the timer counting down?

It does not spray water...the motor is not running..the timer is just counting down.
