Whirlpool Duet Washer E1/F1 code

My wife unplugged our washer and now we can't get it to work.  It flashes a code of E1 then F1.  When you hit the power button, it tries to turn on for a second but then continues to flash the codes.  Any suggestions?  Do we need a new CCU?

Could just be a loose wall receptacle. Also the machine needs to be on a dedicated circuit all by itself. Tech sheet says to check for loose connections. check all connection and grounds and make sure the grounding switchs are closed on the rear and front panels.
