Whirlpool Calypso GVW9959K

I have this Whirlpool Calypso Model GVW9959K I keep getting a LD error Long drain....

Here is what has been replaced

Drain pump
Drain hose
both control boards in the upper control panel
pressure switch
hose to pressure switch

unit will fill / drain /agatate / fill again/ drain/ then will over fill about 1/2 tub full and then not drain out??

any ideas? I was thinking maybe a water valve..

Inside the drain hose plastic housing is a check ball ain't it?

Found a bra stay that would hold up the ball and not let it drain.
