Maytag motor conversion Kit

Have you guys installed the motor conversion kit in a maytag Neptune on a no spin...

IF there is no blue connector then do you need the kit?

Can you use the kit on a Non-blue connector machine?
(Bypassing the AC line filter)

OR do you have to order as new Motor control?
