There is a Showroom Switch behind the air grille on most models.

Thanks looks like it may have another problem...

no customer at this house,,, got there and no cooling and no fans just light and high temp light...I was thinking it was in demo mode and tried display on/ alarm off and display off..

the fans started and the compressor started and I was getting heat exchange...

then had to leave... the demo switch was not turn on... check the service manual looks like I put it in a forced pull down...

so what to you guys think?
