Frigidaire electric wall oven goes berserk with F-10 code.

  I have this amazing ability to cause weird problems or find against all odds, some amazing coincidences.

The situation:
Wife is in kitchen baking banana bread.
I am outside opening up the pool house which is on a separate meter.
I switched on the 240v 50 amp breaker for the on demand water heater and turned on the hot water to test.  Water started to get warm.

Wife yells out back door that she has a problem in the kitchen and I should get in there fast.  The oven has gone berserk.  It is smoking like crazy and flashing F-10 and none of the buttons will turn it off.
I found the breaker and got it turned off before much damage was done.  The banana bread is charcoal on top.  Otherwise great.  I turned the oven back on and set for 350.  Preheat and oven lites are on and the broiler comes on which I think is normal.  After a few minutes, the preheat lite goes off but the broiler stays on which is not normal.  I think the temp sensor works since something changed when enough time had lapsed for a normal preheat to 350.  So what now?
Don't ask me to take you to the Casino.  Usually when I have one of these encounters, it is not good fortune.

first check the oven sensor Ohms 1091 ohms at 75f ... if it is close you will need to replace the EOC .. May have a welded relay on the board ... trace down the broiler relay is the likely problem...
