5 psi is a good ballpark when you're starting with a warm fridge.  Once it's down to temperature it should be at 0 to 1 psi.  If it frosts back again, it's overcharged and you'll need to remove some refrigerant.

It did frost back up around the tap. Actually more than before and now I can't get to the screw to open it. I'll use a hair dryer and then back out some refrigerant. Thanks. Freezer temp is at 14deg.
