Need a new or used motor and cross referencing

Have a Kenmore Laundry Ctr that needs a new motor.  I have 3 of the three speed motors on hand but none of them will work.  Is it possible to change the motor switch to make any work?  I need 3352287 motor. 

Any other motors that will cross reference or work?
